Union Pacific will part ways with its chief legal officer in March 2025, the latest in a string of U.S. railroad giants changing out law department leadership.

Craig Richardson, who's been with Union Pacific since 2016 and has been chief legal officer since 2020, will retire on March 31, 2025. He will be succeeded by Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Chief Risk Officer Christina Conlin, who will join Union Pacific next month as deputy general counsel and step into the CLO post upon Richardson's exit.
