The former general counsel of Pfizer's animal health spinoff Zoetis has been named chief legal officer of GeneDx, a genetic testing company whose rare-disease datasets are used to tailor precise medical treatments for pediatric patients.
Stamford, Connecticut-based GeneDx announced on Monday that Heidi Chen will head legal and compliance functions, including regulatory matters and intellectual property.
