The United Soccer League has hired Tampa, Florida, attorney Andrew McIntosh as its executive vice president and general counsel, the USL announced.
McIntosh is a business and transactions lawyer at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, where he will stay as of counsel and has worked for nearly a dozen years on matters including corporate governance and shareholder disputes.
