Home services website Thumbtack, which has raised more than $500 million in funding and has a valuation topping $3 billion, has hired a chief legal officer steeped in advising public and private companies.
Susan Greenspon Rammelt joins the San Francisco-based Thumbtack after nearly seven years at SmileDirectClub. The Nashville, Tennessee-based teledentistry firm shut down late last year, three months after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
