President-elect Donald Trump has chosen Andrew Ferguson, a Republican member of the Federal Trade Commission, who's often been at odds with Lina Khan, to replace her as chair.
Trump on Tuesday night announced Ferguson's selection. Agency observers had considered Ferguson among the front-runners, along with the other Republican commissioner, Melissa Holyoak.
