Corporate law departments are under increasing pressure to manage growing legal workloads without corresponding increases in staffing.
According to a new corporate counsel survey, 83% of law departments anticipate continued growth in overall demand for their legal services, while 63% cite managing internal workloads as their most pressing concern. That's according to Harbor’s 2024 Law Department Survey, conducted in collaboration with the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium.
