Upstream Bio, which raised $293 million in an initial public offering in October, hired veteran corporate attorney Allison Ambrose as general counsel.
The Waltham, Massachusetts-based biotechnology firm, which is developing a treatment for severe asthma, announced the appointment Tuesday in a news release.
