Months after helping sell his last employer, homebuilder Richmond American Homes, for $4.9 billion, veteran legal chief Michael Kaplan has joined the Denver office of Norton Rose Fulbright as senior counsel.
“Michael is a seasoned legal and business adviser with a pragmatic approach that clients will appreciate," Scarlet McNellie, Norton Rose Fulbright’s co-head of corporate, M&A and securities, said in a news release Wednesday announcing Kaplan's hiring. "His experience will enhance our corporate capabilities across a range of industries.”
