Dallas-based Texas Capital Bank has promoted former Six Flags Chief Legal Officer Aimee Williams-Ramey to chief human resources officer, reporting to CEO Rob Holmes and serving on the firm's operating committee.
Williams-Ramey, who has a quarter-century of legal experience, joined Texas Capital in May 2024, eight months after Six Flags said it a regulatory filing that it had terminated her without cause, a move that entitled her to $1.1 million in severance.
