Houston-based Corebridge Financial, one of the largest providers of retirement and insurance products in the U.S., has plucked its new legal chief from Providence, Rhode Island-based Citizens Financial, the nation's 20th-largest bank.
Polly Klane has been Citizens' chief legal officer for nearly three years. Before that, she spent eight years at Capital One, where she rose to deputy general counsel. She also had a separate eight-year run at Capital One early in her career before moving on to Sallie Mae, where she was deputy general counsel.
