Trained with the right information, AI software can draft a legal brief or analyze a stack of contracts in a fraction of the time it would take a lawyer.
But that dazzling technology intended to relieve humans of tedious work, ironically enough, requires that lawyers undergo training to use and monitor AI to prevent ethical and legal breaches.
