Sonos Inc. chief legal officer and strategist Eddie Lazarus' compensation more than quadrupled last year to $3.13 million from $707,098 in 2023, according to the company's proxy statement filed Wednesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Most of that amount—$2.6 million—came in the form of stock awards on top of his $475,000 salary.
