Laura Richardson’s path to becoming general counsel at Agiloft is anything but traditional. Before she found her place in legal leadership, she was pursuing a career in archaeology, even applying to doctorate programs before pivoting at the last minute.
The decision to step away from that path was driven by her desire for a career that allowed for flexibility and curiosity—two qualities that define her professional journey.
