United Airlines is facing a federal lawsuit over the hard landing of a Boeing 767 in Houston that buckled part of the fuselage like a tin can.
Curiously, the suit was not brought by a litigious passenger alleging a bruised backside—but by the very pilot who caused the nose wheel to bounce three times before the widebody rolled to a stop.
