The Seattle-based coffee giant filed a proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission late Friday disclosing executive compensation for the fiscal year that ended Sept. 29, 2024—a tumultuous stretch marked by strife with shareholders and store workers, the firing of CEO Laxman Narasimhan after less than a year on the job and the hiring of Chipotle CEO Brian Niccol to succeed him.
