Global hotel giant Hilton Worldwide Holdings has booked the lawyer equivalent of a four-star general—hiring outgoing Department of Defense General Counsel Caroline Krass as executive vice president and general counsel.
Krass' legal career includes stints as associate White House counsel to President Barack Obama and general counsel for the Central Intelligence Agency.
