Some of the nation's highest-profile companies are in the market for new legal chiefs following a flurry of departures announced in January.

Losing legal chiefs were the world's largest airline, American Airlines, which saw Priya Aiya decamp for Warner Bros. Discovery; Spotify, the world's largest music-streaming service, which saw Eve Konstan resign, declaring she'd opted to "step away from full-time corporate life;" and the world's largest radio company, SiriusXM, which saw Patrick Donnelly retire after holding the legal reins for 27 years.
