At least one Democratic member of the Federal Trade Commission is finding the change in control of the agency once led by Lina Khan a bitter pill to swallow.
Commissioner Alvaro Bedoya blasted new FTC Chair Andrew Ferguson in a dissent late last month for abruptly axing the commission's DEI programs and for rescinding five requests for public input on various regulatory topics that Khan pushed in her final weeks as chair.
