Purdue University isn't saying what repercussions its longtime general counsel, Steven Schultz, might face stemming from his December arrest on suspicion of drunken driving.

The Tippecanoe County Prosecutor's Office last week charged Schultz with operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or more, a Class C criminal misdemeanor carrying a punishment of up to 60 days in jail, a $500 fine and suspension of his driver's license.
