Bridget Healy's suitcase has stickers from airports all over the world. She grew up in Egypt, has worked in London and Paris as an attorney and now oversees the legal offices of a financial empire stretching from Canada to Argentina. As executive vice president and chief legal officer for ING Americas, Healy oversees legal and compliance functions for Amsterdam, Netherlands-based ING Groep N.V., a far-flung financial powerhouse with 130,000 employees and 2007 revenue of $76.5 billion.
