    Must Love Dogs

    Margaret H. Poindexter's love affair with show dogs started 20 years ago, when her grandfather bought her a Pembroke Welsh corgi. Since February, when she joined the American Kennel Club as the assistant vice president for compliance, Poindexter has managed to combine her love for dogs with her work as a lawyer. She was promoted to GC in September. While her new job means that she can no longer bring her canine coterie to dog shows, her office is now filled with the daily pitter-patter of doggy paws.
