Two lawyers charged with insider trading by the U.K. Financial Services Authority (FSA) are among those scheduled to stand trial in Southwark Crown Court after a hearing in Westminster in late September.

After a contested hearing, Westminster magistrate judge Caroline Tubbs set bail for former Dorsey & Whitney corporate partner Andrew Rimmington and former McDermott Will & Emery corporate partner Michael McFall, and ordered them to stand trial in Southwark on October 28. Peter King, the former financial director of NeuTec Pharma Ltd., was also remanded until the same date.
