Robert Graham, former assistant general counsel at General Reinsurance Corp., has joined other former executives in an appeal to overturn their fraud convictions.
Graham, 61, was sentenced on April 30 to 12 months in prison and fined $100,000 for his role in helping to defraud American International Group Inc. investors of as much as $500 million in 2000.
