John Schulman, the former general counsel of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., is joining Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp, where he will help build a new entertainment department.
Schulman is due to join the Los Angeles firm on Jan. 1. He retired last year after 25 years at the Warner division, where he was executive vice president and general counsel.
