The Procter & Gamble Company is awash in antitrust problems in Europe. So it’s no surprise that a trade expert will soon head the legal department of the Cincinnati-based consumer products giant.

Starting in February, Deborah Majoras, former chair of the Federal Trade Commission, will replace the company’s longtime chief legal officer, Steven Jemison.
