Ronald Kasner knows how to wear two hats at once, and they just got bigger. iCIMS has just named Kasner its general counsel and chief corporate development officer.
The Hazlet, N.J.-based company is the second-largest provider of software-as-a-service in the area of talent recruiting. In his new role, Kasner must oversee iCIMS’ commercial and intellectual property rights in its software platform, while developing strategic growth initiatives and striving for more efficiency in business operations.
