Gucci America Inc.‘s fight to protect attorney-client privilege in a trademark infringement suit against competitor Guess? Inc. is now “sacred.”
Lawyers at O’Melveny & Myers, which represents Guess, have argued that Gucci should be denied privilege in the case because its former in-house counsel, Jonathan Moss, was not properly licensed to practice law.
