AOL Inc.‘s new general counsel is no stranger to change in the fast-growing world of new media. Julie Jacobs, 43, has been with the Internet service provider’s legal department for 10 years, dealing first-hand with its cutting-edge business and legal issues.
“I have seen AOL grow from an Internet service provider to a world-class content, advertising, and consumer applications company,” Jacobs said in a press release. She could not be reached for comment.
