Dublin-based beer and cider maker C&C Group plc tossed back a swig of fresh corporate cheer in June, as new general counsel Paul Walker joined the in-house party.
The former Lawrence Graham partner now oversees corporate governance, legal, and regulatory affairs for C&C. C&C is basking in a rosy glow of expansion, having made two major acquisitions over the past year: Scotland’s leading lager brand Tennent‘s, from Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, and Constellation Brands, Inc.‘s former cider unit The Gaymer Cider Company.
