Former Weil partner Douglas Lumish, who joined Kasowitz earlier this month, now heads the its national IP practice from its San Francisco office, until the firm locates office space in Silicon Valley. Former Weil counsel Jeffrey Homrig has also joined Kasowitz as an IP partner. His first day was today.
