Patent litigators Paul Andre and Lisa Kobialka have left King & Spalding to help Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel open an office in Silicon Valley.
The firm set up the office to be closer to several clients it already has in Silicon Valley, and to expand its existing client roster in the region, Andre said. For now, the new office will focus on handling patent litigation for high-tech and life science companies, specialities of both Andre and Kobialka.
