Hanson Bridgett has recruited patent litigator Robert McFarlane in San Francisco.
McFarlane joined as partner on Monday from Carroll, Burdick & McDonough, where he had been chairman of the firm’s patent and IP litigation group. McFarlane had joined Carroll, Burdick a year and a half ago after practicing at Townsend and Townsend and Crew for 13 years.
