AT&T has agreed to an initial payment of $51 million and recurring quarterly payments through June 2018 for a total of $164 million. In addition, the telecommunications company will pay incremental recurring per-subscriber monthly license fees through July 2018 if AT&T’s DVR subscriber base exceeds certain levels.
