From Saving Private Ryan to saving your board of directors, actor Nigel Whitmey is proving to be equally comfortable starring in Hollywood blockbusters and a new breed of company training videos. The Canadian-born British actor plays the prominent role of chief executive officer Bob Johnson in the corporate-education film of the season, A Price Worth Paying?

Written and produced by Duncan Wiggets, a partner at Dechert in London, and directed by Nick White, the 35-minute film takes its viewers—namely, corporate directors and in-house counsel—through a series of scenarios at the fictional Maartel International, a company on the brink of a hostile takeover bid.
