Ken Grady, former general counsel of shoe and apparel company Wolverine World Wide Inc., is the new CEO for Chicago-based SeyfarthLean Consulting, the consulting unit of Seyfarth Shaw.

Grady has nearly 20 years of experience with the Lean Six Sigma business philosophies that SeyfarthLean uses to help companies maximize law department efficiency. He slipped into the CEO’s shoes the first week of September, replacing Seyfarth’s Robert Reynolds.
