At the International Legal Technology Association annual conference in Las Vegas in August, a crowd of about 50 Law Department Peer Group members gathered for an off-the-record round-table discussion at the Law Department E-Discovery Roundtable Breakfast.
The moderators were Julie Richer, legal technology program manager at American Electric Power, and Patrick Oot, general counsel at the Electronic Discovery Institute and special counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
