Among the areas they suggest giving extra attention:

Labor Issues

Is there a unionized workforce? This should be your first question, since the answer has direct implications for your company. Examine “successor and assigns” provisions in any collective bargaining agreements of each union—because, as Robinson counsel Nicole Bernabo notes, the terms are generally binding on succeeding entities.
