Laurence Grayer has been appointed general counsel, senior vice president and corporate secretary for DynCorp International, where he has worked since 2006 as vice president and deputy general counsel. Grayer will now be leading, managing and directing the legal affairs of the entire corporation.

Before joining DynCorp, Grayer was an assistant general counsel with the Amalgamated Transit Union in Washington, D.C., and worked as an associate with Hack, Piro, O’Day, Merklinger, Wallace & McKenna in Florham Park, N.J. He holds a J.D. from St. John’s School of Law and a B.B.A. from the George Washington University.
