Robert Bostrom will soon be tossing his suit and tie and heading to the mall for a new wardrobe. He has just been named as Abercrombie & Fitch Co.’s new senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, starting with the retailer in January. The company recently announced that its previous GC, Ronald Robins Jr., was heading back to his former law firm, Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease.

Bostrom has donned his white collar at Greenberg Traurig, where he currently serves as cochair of the financial regulatory and compliance practice. Previously, he was the executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and the executive vice president and general counsel of National Westminster Bancorp.
