As in-house counsel look to drive down costs and build up efficiency, they have plenty of reasons to turn to legal process outsourcing (LPO). A new survey of corporate counsel shows that they see LPO playing a bigger role in the law department of tomorrow—some 80 percent said they expect to see the LPO industry expand and improve its services over the next five years.
