The OSHA practice group over at Epstein Becker & Green has some predictions for 2014, namely, what the folks over at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration will be focusing on. So gaze into your crystal ball no more, and check out these divinations:

Temporary Worker Safety

This will be a prime focus area for OSHA, say the authors. The administration has already launched a temporary worker initiative, which aims to protect the workers from workplace hazards and ensure that staffing agencies and employers understand safety and health obligations. The authors also say that OSHA conducted twice as many inspections of staffing agencies in 2013, and they expect the trend to continue.
