As more states seek to legalize marijuana, even if only for medicinal purposes, the question arises as to whether a business owner can refuse service to a patron smelling of pot.

According to Denver’s KCNC-TV, barbershop owner Hugo Corral, who supported legalizing marijuana in Colorado, has created an antismell policy because the odor was allegedly driving customers away.
