The Clintons have a new top lawyer—well, at least their foundation does. Scott Curran has been promoted from deputy to general counsel at the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, where he has worked since 2006, according to a recent press release.
Curran will be managing the foundation’s legal matters and providing strategic counsel to its leadership regarding the operations, partnerships and programs of the organization. “In this role, I have the opportunity to provide legal and program development guidance to colleagues who work tirelessly to develop and implement lasting solutions that result in meaningful change,” he says on his LinkedIn profile.
