The pharmaceutical company Unilife Corporation, known for its injectable drug-delivery systems, has appointed John Ryan as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, according to a recent statement. He’s replacing Christopher Naftzger who is assuming the position of vice president of legal affairs at the company.

“John is a dynamic legal professional with nearly two decades of experience in contract negotiation, litigation and corporate compliance,” said Unilife Chairman and CEO Alan Shortall, in a statement. “I expect his deep legal expertise, negotiation skills, corporate disclosure and strategic insights will be put to great use at Unilife.”
