It was only a matter of time before lawyers focusing on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board—the nation’s third most active patent litigation forum—staked out a corner of the blogosphere.
Lawyers from Drinker Biddle & Reath’s intellectual property and litigation practices have created the PTAB Trial Blog, which they say will provide frequent updates, commentary and practice tips for those interested in postgrant trials before the PTAB. It will also enable users to search cases based on the subject matter at issue, the parties involved and the identity of the administrative patent judges rendering each decision.
