It’s out of the gates and onto the track for Joseph Lambert, the newly appointed general counsel, senior vice president and corporate secretary of the New York Racing Association Inc. In his new position, Lambert will be jockeying the legal team of the NYRA and advising senior management on legal, intellectual property, board, governance and regulatory issues, according to a recent statement.
“Having Joe on board is crucial to affirming our legal and financial accuracy and integrity,” said NYRA president and CEO Chris Kay in the statement.
