Aflac, the American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus and New York, found a new general counsel within its family of employees. In May, Audrey Boone Tillman was promoted to the position and replaced GC Joey Loudermilk, who announced his retirement in February.

“Audrey is a respected, trusted and valued member of the Aflac family,” Aflac chairman and CEO Dan Amos said in a statement. “Since joining Aflac, she has consistently demonstrated fantastic leadership skills, and her personal standards of ethics are beyond reproach.”
