SolarReserve LLC, a developer of large-scale solar power projects and solar thermal storage technology, has announced the appointment of Pauline Doohan as general counsel and vice president. She comes to the company from Baker & McKenzie, where she held a partnership position focusing on infrastructure and renewable energy transactions.

“Pauline’s background spans a broad spectrum of legal areas, with extensive experience working in the renewable energy sector,” said SolarReserve CEO Kevin Smith in a statement. “Her expertise is a great match for SolarReserve’s business and growth objectives.”
