But for every General Motors Co. ignition-switch recall or high-profile Foreign Corrupt Practices Act settlement, there are plenty of positive and responsible actions taken by corporations too. The first day of Corporate Responsibility magazine’s COMMIT! Forum, held in New York City, brought some of these positive case studies to the forefront, and offered some practical insights on how companies and their counsel can boost corporate responsibility while reaping the benefits of doing good.
