It’s a touchdown for Claudia Teran. According to Cynthia Littleton of Variety, Fox Networks Group is adding the title of general counsel of Fox Sports to this busy business executive’s lineup. In her newly expanded position, Teran will be handling all global business and legal affairs for the network’s sports department. Previously, she had supervised the international sports deals in her role as executive vice president and deputy general counsel for Fox Networks Group, reports Littleton.
“Claudia has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to ensure that both the company and our team, league, association and conference partners benefit fully from our efforts,” said Rita Tuzon, the GC at Fox News Group, in a statement.
